FAQ
Are your Mud Flaps Made in the USA?
Yes, our flaps are manufactured in Eastern Tennessee from raw material produced in the United States.
Do your mud flaps have raised white lettering?
No. Our supplier uses a hot-stamping process that outlasts other types of flaps. Raised letter flaps receive their color from add-on paint, which tends to fade or discolor after time.
Is there a set-up charge?
Yes. Any mud flap manufacturer will have a set-up or tooling charge for a custom logo or design. The price depends on the size of the logo. Send us a PDF or high resolution photo of the design and we will send you an accurate quote.
Do you use scrap rubber in your flaps?
No. We use a high quality extruded and blended rubber/poly blend for our rubber flaps. Although the rubber comes mostly from recycled tires, there is no junk material that is commonly found in many mud flaps.
What about plastic flaps?
Our plastic flaps use a poly material that is a blended low density polyethylene available in white, black, red, blue and yellow. Other colors are available by special order.
Do your flaps have mounting holes?
Our supplier provides mounting holes on our 24” wide flaps. Extra sets of mounting holes can be punched for a small additional charge.
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes, we have a minimum of 50 pieces (25 pairs) for our imprinted flaps. Plain flaps with no lettering can be purchased in any quantity.
What is the lead time for an order of mud flaps?
Currently (11/20/23) there is a three week lead time on your initial order due to various supply chain issues. We hope to improve on that in the future.
Do you offer any other products?
Yes. We manufacture snow deflectors for snow plows, rubber and poly cutting edges for snow plows, rubber matting material for trailer floors and custom die-cut rubber and poly components.
